Col SK Sehgal is an ex-IMA officer belonging to The Corps of Signals who has served in the Indian Army for 36 years and commanded a unit in North-Eastern sector, commanded an independent company in northern sector, held appointment of director in a prestigious organisation at Army HQs and he has the distinction of visiting Indra col(Northernmost point), Kanyakumari(Southernmost point), Ghuar Moti(Westernmost point), Kutch and Kibithu(Easternmost point) in India. He is a decorated soldier, has been awarded Army Chiefs and chief of integrated staff committee commendation card. He is the first officer from The Corps of Signals to go on Siachen glacier and climbed Sia Kangri(24350feet) and went on skies up to Indra Col. He has seen action in Op Pawan, Op Rakshak, Op Vijay and Op Rhino. He has been training candidates for group dynamism and held numerous training and motivational programmes on leadership and team building for students and corporate. He is a trained and experienced GTO and Psychologist.
He is an alumnus of Hans Raj College, Delhi University. He has done MSc (Phy), PG Diploma in computer software technology and Diploma in the Chinese language from the School of Foreign Languages, Lodhi Road, Delhi.
